GAME AND FISH TAKING COMMENTS ON WIND ENERGY DOCUMENT

CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is now accepting comments on the draft updated document, "Wildlife Protection Recommendations for Wind Energy Development in Wyoming."

Proposed changes include updates to pages 14 and Appendix A in the document (these changes are highligted in the document).  Also included is the landowner coordination language (Appendix B) that was approved at the Sept. 8-9 WGFD Commission meeting.

Comments will be taken until Nov. 1, 2010.  The department is only seeking comments on the highlighted changes in the document.  The document can be viewed on the Game and Fish website at:
