Hunter/Landowner Assistance Program Every year, there are landowners who contact the Wyoming Game and Fish staff and would like a few hunters to help control wildlife populations, decrease agriculture damage, etc. They, however, do not want to sign up in a WIA or HMA because they only want a very limited amount of hunters (for example) and not open up their land to everyone. This is an opportunity for the Department to list information for hunters to contact willing landowners directly,  helping the landowners and hunters.    This Internet based program stores lists of landowners and the species they would like harvested. When a hunter is interested in finding another place to go, they can simply log on and see which landowners are allowing access and which species can be harvested. This program is updated often, so feel free to check back. Please remember that the landowners in the Hunter/Landowner Assistance Program have no contract with the Department. The landowner may have additional rules and fees that ask hunters to comply to.    ** This is not a Landowner List. Landowner lists are available from most Regional Offices.   \
